Getting help
Tell us your app version, phone model and what happened. If you send a screenshot, cover personal information that is not relevant to your question. Never send passwords, sign-in tokens or payment card details.
Purchases
Premium is a permanent, one-time Google Play purchase. It adds older import history and more custom sections; AI help is not included. Use the app’s Restore purchases option with the same OwnSpace account to recover an eligible purchase. Contact us if you need help.
Backups and a new phone
The library is stored locally. Signing in alone does not restore it. Recovery requires an existing Google Drive backup or a local export. Before reinstalling or changing phones, check that you have a backup you can restore.
